Wtf... It's amazing three lengths people will go to... This article could not be more vague and non specific. Milk is the most mucus forming "food" eaten today, which is the basis for most chronic diseases today. Excess mucus = acid = inflammation = burning = diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, alzheimer...
